Makes a very effective groundrow. Simply reverse the colour cassette by removing the two screw pivot hinges. Add screw jack feet for adjustment.

Mains Power Disconnect - microswitches isolate the mains supply when opening to relamp (phase and neutral) protecting against a student or technician inserting a lamp into a live socket

Your choice of either 1.0m cable tails or multiconnector models which includes options for in/out cable tails; all industry connectors and socket outlets for unused multicircuits.

Hui & Lui battens : in / out cable options

The Hui / Lui batten multi connector option (code suffix G) is fitted with an internal 12 connector strip to which the 3/4 cells lamp sockets are terminated. This strip connector has a maximum loading of 20A. A variety of connector mount panels are offered to allow for wiring combinations demanded.

To achieve in/out solution the in and out cables have to be connected into the same connector terminal - what lamp is to be used and how they are to be connected is LIMITED therefore by the 20A rating of this connector block.

As standard all G models are shipped with a single panel with 2 x 32mm cable glands supplied. This would allow for bundling of 'in' cables through one and out through the other.

Alternatively there are the Flex connector panel options - either x1 or x2 flexible cables mounted with a cable gland onto the panel (Order Codes 15HLC1F (one flex) or 15HLC2F (two flex)). Note this is our standard three conductor silicone rubber cable each conductor .75mm is rated for 10A at 240V or 5A at 120V.

It is always very important to check the loading (wattage of the lamps to be used x number of lamps to be connected on the one in/out circuit) is calculated to ensure neither the connector strip or flexible cable (if this option is used) is overloaded.
